Diversified Transportation Provides Fun Field Trip to Ukrainian Refugee Children
On August 5th, Diversified Transportation teamed up with the Fort McMurray Ukrainian Cultural Society to send Ukrainian refugee children attending summer camp on a fantastic field trip to the Oil Sands Discovery Centre.
Diversified provided the trip as a gift in kind to 40 children and seven youth leaders, and recently received a heartfelt thank you from Alexandra Tarasenco, the vice-president of the Fort McMurray Ukrainian Cultural Society.
“The children enjoyed it very much. It was both fun and informative as they got to climb the huge truck, do a scavenger hunt and so much more.”
However, the fun won’t stop with the Oil Sands Discovery Centre field trip, as Diversified will be taking the campers on another fun outing very soon. Next stop, MacDonald Island!
