Earlier in the year we announced Clayton MacDonald as our Safety Person of the Year for 2023. This past week, we caught up with Clayton and were able to present him with this award in person. Below is the submission that won Clayton this award.
‘Clayton has been with DTL since he was a RAP student and has shown great growth in both technical ability and safety. By bringing safety concerns to the forefront and requesting follow-ups to concerns in the shop and grounds has resulted in a positive impact on the entire shop and personnel.’
