Charter Services
Well known in the north for our world-class oil sands Employee Transportation Services, Diversified is proud to also offer Charter Services throughout Alberta. We operate a large fleet of highway motorcoaches and shuttle vehicles in Northern Alberta with charter sales centres in Edmonton and Fort McMurray.
In addition, we can assist you with any transportation requirements in Alberta and in Canada.

- Do your vehicles have Wi-Fi and/or charging plug-in options?
Our highway coaches have complimentary Wi-Fi and charging stations with USB and standard plug-ins. - Do you have accessibility vehicles available for charter?
Yes, we have a designated 45-seat bus which includes a wheelchair lift and space for 3 wheelchairs inside. - Is there space for equipment and/or luggage/storage?
Our highway coaches have 3 luggage bays which can accommodate luggage, sports gear, packages, etc. - How small or larger of a group can your charters accomodate?
We have various types of units that can fit groups anywhere from 5 – 55 passengers in one unit. From our smaller executive shuttles right up to our 55 passenger coach units, we got you covered. If you have a larger group of over 55 passengers, we can book as many units needed for your group size! Check out our vehicles and specifications above. - What’s included in my Charter booking?
Amenities vary between units, so please specify in your quote request if you’d like specific amenities on your bus. Options include Wi-Fi, power outlets, on-board restrooms, DVD players/screens, AM/FM radio, air conditioning, and reclining seats. And, of course, every bus comes with the services of a professional driver. - How much does a Charter bus rental cost?
The cost of your charter rental will depend on factors like how far you’re traveling, which city you’re starting from, how many days you’re on the road, and which amenities you need. To get an accurate price, please fill out the quote request form above. - Can I request a specific bus model or color?
Absolutely! You can check out all of our charter unit options above under “Fleets”. - Are food and drinks allowed on the Motorcoach?
Yes, food and drinks are allowed on most charter units as long as passengers pick up trash and clean up any spills. We request that you refrain from bringing glass bottles and messy foods. If your group doesn’t clean up after yourselves thoroughly, you may be charged a cleaning fee. - Is alcohol allowed on Charter buses?
Yes, but clients must obtain a liquor license for private events. For more information visit https://aglc.ca/liquor/liquor-licences. Please speak to our representatives beforehand if you’re planning to bring alcohol on the bus. Also note that if you spill anything or create a mess, your group will be subject to a cleaning fee. - Can I put on a custom music playlist during the ride?
Yes! Sound systems and AUX cables are available upon request. Please chat with a member of our Charter Sales team ahead of time about playing music on the bus so we can accommodate your request. - Am I responsible for finding trip routes and parking?
Our team will plan out the best routes and parking spots for your trip. However, you should aim to have a detailed itinerary before you call that includes all the places you’ll want to visit and where you’ll be staying so we can map out your route and parking more effectively. - Can I set up employee shuttle service on a daily or weekly basis?
