What a great day it was for a parade! It’s twice the celebration for us this year, while we are celebrating our 60th anniversary in our beautiful community, we also celebrate Canada’s 157th birthday.
Being part of the Canada Day parade held a very special meaning for us this year as we look back on our history and celebrate all the changes and growth we have been a part of over the past 60 years.
We would like to thank our amazing team of volunteers who without this would not be possible: Najah Musa, Jama Abdi, Tannis Wilson, Shaneille Williams, Sherry McDonald, Jean Paul Dingle, Paula Payne and Rizwan Zia – you are absolutely amazing.
