Girls Inc. of Northern Alberta, in partnership with Bouchier, proudly presented the Leaders of Today: Women of Inspiration Celebration 2025. The annual gala was held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Shell Place, MacDonald Island. The event marked International Women’s Day with a night dedicated to recognizing the achievements of remarkable women in the Wood Buffalo region.

This year’s theme, Waves of Change: Charting the Path to Inspiration, underscored the event’s focus on progress, resilience, and leadership. The celebration honored women who break gender stereotypes, drive positive change, and champion the rights of women and girls in their communities.

By celebrating these leaders, the event continues to foster a culture of empowerment and recognition for women across diverse industries.
