Appropriate steps are taken to ensure that representation rates of historically underrepresented groups reflect their availability within the labour force of the external community. We have successfully participated in past and current programs and projects in the communities we operate in, which include the following: advertising open positions within the Indigenous communities we operate in, partnerships with key Indigenous employment stakeholders, staff attendance at Diversity and Inclusion Training sessions and support of National Aboriginal Day. We have also been involved with local high schools and postsecondary institutions to encourage and assist with employment from students in their business or trade programs.

Our safety metrics are rigorously monitored on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Proactive measurement and analysis are essential to maintaining our industry-leading performance. Our track record speaks for itself as our ESH performance continues to improve, setting new standards and raising the bar for safety in the transportation industry.
