We’ve recently partnered with the Canadian Mental Health Association in sharing important information with our employees regarding their mental health and the resources available to them.
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices.
As important as it is to take care of our physical health, it’s equally as important to pay attention to and take care of our mental health.
