Well it’s open season again for our Taiga Nova Trail clean up.
For those who are new to the organization, Diversified Transportation adopted the trail behind our 920 Memorial Drive location in Fort McMurray, Alberta two years ago. How that came about was quite organically in all honesty.
There were always a number of us that frequented the trail during our lunch time walk and it made sense that we keep it clean and tidy for everyone to use so we applied to the RMWB to ‘adopt’ the trail.
We are now into our third year of ‘adoption’ and can honestly say it’s a great opportunity for us to give back to ensure the natural state of the beautiful trails in the area maintain their natural beauty.
